Our custom sofas and armchairs are built to your dimensions, in the fabric and finish you choose, in our factory in Dubai. Whether you're furnishing a family majlis, a formal sitting room, or a pied-à-terre, we'll design something that fits properly.

Modular Sofas

Modular sofas work best when the configuration is designed for the specific room, not adapted from a fixed set of shapes. We design each modular layout to suit your floor plan and how you actually use the space, then build it in Dubai using European upholstery fabrics rated for heavy residential use.

The result is seating that looks planned, because it was.

HOW IT WORKS

Our Process

Commissioning custom furniture doesn't need to be complicated. Here's how most projects run:

Share your space — Send us photos, a floor plan, and any references or ideas you're drawn to. The more context, the better.
We'll send a quotation — Once we understand the scope, we'll put together a clear proposal for the design and production.
Design sign-off — Our team will produce a full layout with furniture drawings tailored to your space. You review, we refine.
Production begins — Once the design is confirmed, everything is made in our Dubai workshop.
Delivery & installation — We deliver and install, ready to use.

Most projects are completed within 4-6 weeks from design sign-off.

What We Build With

Every upholstered piece we make is covered in European hotel-grade fabric — the same quality used in high-end hospitality projects across the region. Our standard range includes fabrics that are quick-clean treated, water repellent, fire retardant, and OEKO-TEX certified.

We don't import finished furniture. We source the materials and build everything here, which means full quality control from frame to finish.
