Refund policy

Misprinted/damaged/defective items

Our products are packaged in a way to minimize any possibility of damage during transportation. However, we are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly and send you a new package, please contact us at sales@architectsloftstore.com.

For misprinted/damaged/defective items contact us within 7 days after the product has been received. Our team will look into the order, so please share your order number, detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. Item must be unused and in its original packaging. 

Order failed to deliver

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by the customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address. We will contact you to confirm your address and reship the item. Kindly note that the customer will cover the reshipment costs. In case you do not want the item reshipped, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address (please check your Junk/Spam/Promotions folders in case the shipping confirmation and tracking information arrived there). 
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at sales@architectsloftstore.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
