Shipping policy
Important:
Please remember to check your Junk/Spam/Promotions folders in case the shipping confirmation and tracking information arrived there. Add us to your safe contact list so that you can receive timely updates regarding the fulfilment and shipping of your order.
Furniture:
Our furniture is made to order with care and precision. Production and delivery take 30 working days to ensure the highest quality. Once your order is ready, we’ll arrange delivery and share tracking details. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help.
Wallpapers:
When you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm your wall size. Only AFTER we receive your approval for printing, your wallpaper will be sent to production.
Usually, it takes 7-10 working days to fulfill an order, after which it’s taken over by our courier service and shipped to your home address. The shipping time depends on your location, but it takes a maximum of 3 working days.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at sales@architectsloftstore.com.
Note: Make sure that you check the Promotions tab in your inbox because automated emails such as order confirmation and shipment tracking emails sometimes end up in there.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
