Do you provide free delivery?
Yes, we provide free standard delivery across most destinations in the UAE. However, in case of delivery to a very remote destination, we will contact you to agree on the delivery details.
Do you do customised and bespoke furniture?
We do provide customisations for sofas, armchairs, and majlis sitting areas. You can change the material, colour, design, and style of the furniture.
We also manufacture customised furniture according to your requirements.

What if I receive a damaged product?
Our products are packaged in a way to minimize any possibilities of damage during transportation. However, we are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly and send you a new package, please contact us at sales@architectsloftstore.com.
Contact us within 3 days after the product has been received. Our team will look into the order, so please share your order number, detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items. Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
