The number of rolls that you will receive depends on the total width of your custom wallpaper. Maximum roll width is 130cm. Roll length is 310cm.

After you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm your wall size. When we receive your approval for printing, your new Architect’s Loft wallpaper will be sent to production, which takes 7-10 working days. Immediately after the wallpaper is made it will be taken over by our courier service and delivered to your address within 3 working days.

SELF INSTALLATION
All Architect’s Loft wallpapers come marked with roll numbers at the bottom for easier installation. You can find more details and instructions for self installation here.
WALL SIZE: Select your wall size below depending on your wall width. All our rolls are of 310 cm height. Size A is designed for walls up to 254 cm. Size B is designed for wall size from 255 cm to 381 cm. Size C is designed for wall size from 382 cm to 508 cm. Size D is designed for wall size from 509 cm to 635 cm. Select the size bigger than your wall width. For example, if your wall is 460cm wide, select option C (382-508 cm). For sizes larger than 310x635 cm, please contact us.

Is wallpaper installation included?
Installation is NOT included in the price of the wallpaper. Architect's Loft provides installation services only in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman at this time. Contact us or book your wallpaper installation here!

What if I receive a damaged product?
Our products are packaged in a way to minimize any possibilities of damage during transportation. However, we are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly and send you a new package, please contact us at sales@architectsloftstore.com.
For misprinted/damaged/defective items contact us within 7 days after the product has been received. Our team will look into the order, so please share your order number, detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How can I maintain my wallpaper?
In order to preserve the colors and integrity of your wallpaper, use only a soft wet cloth to wipe the wallpaper. Do not use any abrasive or chemical cleaning products.
